Child Safety Policy

EZGAGE, LDA (“EZGAGE”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This policy outlines our standards, prohibited conduct, and the mechanisms available to report concerns.

Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any user from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or otherwise endangers minors, including but not limited to:
– Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
– Content that sexualizes a minor or portrays a minor in a manner that could facilitate their sexual exploitation
– Grooming, predatory behavior, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with a minor
– Solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of trafficking involving a minor
– Sextortion or threats involving real or alleged access to a minor’s intimate content
This prohibition applies to all profiles, campaigns, and content submitted to or distributed through EZGAGE, regardless of the originating social media platform.

How to Report
If you encounter content or behavior that may violate this policy, you can report it directly within the EZGAGE app using the in-app Support feature. You can also contact us at [email protected].

We review all reports promptly. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related content, EZGAGE will:
– Immediately remove the content
– Suspend or terminate the associated account
– Preserve relevant information as required by applicable law
– Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local authority, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Emergency Situations
If you believe a child is in danger of, or has been subject to, abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately. Do not rely solely on in-app reporting for urgent safety concerns.
