
1. Navigate to the Support Section
Go to the Support section in the menu. Here, you can view your past tickets and create new ones.
2. Click on New Ticket
Click the “New Ticket” button to start creating a support request.
3. Provide Ticket Details
Enter a clear subject for your issue in the input field. Be as specific as possible to help the support team address your concern efficiently.
4. Await a Response
The Ezgage support team will respond to your ticket as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a notification once a reply is available.
5. Track Ticket History
In the main Tickets page, you can view your ticket history and use the filter options to sort tickets by their status.
