To activate a subscription, go to the Subscriptions section, select your plan, and complete checkout via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (Web). All Ezgage subscriptions are recurring. This means your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in advance. Renewals are processed by the platform you subscribed with (Apple, Google, or Stripe).

You can manage your subscription directly in the store you used to subscribe. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you will find it in your iOS device subscription settings. If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, you can manage it in your Google Play account settings. If you subscribed on the web with Stripe, you can manage it through your Ezgage account. Please note that while your subscription works across all platforms, it can only be managed on the platform where it was originally purchased.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The process depends on your subscription platform: Apple, Google, or Stripe. Changes will follow the rules of the platform (some apply immediately, others at the next billing cycle).
